Call to Order

Chair Mike Bury called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM.

CLID July 28, 2010 annual meeting planning session

·         No agenda was published as this is a special planning meeting for the annual meeting.

·         Notice of the annual meeting will be sent to various county officials by Mike Bury via email.

·         The board discussed submission of potential board members to be added to the ballot.

·         No absentee ballots have been requested by members.

·         Dave Koenig prepared a draft of the power point presentation for the Annual Meeting.  The board discussed updates to the presentation which Dave will make and forward to the board members by email.  Further review will take place at the next board meeting on July 14, 2010.

Adjourn

A motion was made to by Al Beck, seconded by Keith VonDeLinde that the meeting be adjourned at 8:56 PM.  Motion passed.

July 14^th, August 11^th, September 8^th, October 6^th, November 10^th, December 8^th

3rd Annual Meeting July 28^th (Fourth Wed of the month)
